What Is HVAC?
Generally speaking, the HVAC system is a part of your home that regulates the temperature and humidity of the air. The HVAC system is also important in hospitals, large office buildings, and marine environments. It controls the heating and cooling of a building through a thermostat that turns on and off the heating and cooling components of the system.
In addition to thermostats, the heating and cooling system has a number of other controls, such as high limit switches. These are invisible controls that keep the heating and cooling components from turning off when the temperature rises above a specific level.
